Modes Visual Music 1.2

Interacting with Modes offers a unique sensory experience through a variety of visual and auditory landscapes. This app provides different modes, each carefully crafted to aid in reducing anxiety. As users tap, swipe, draw, pinch, and hold down with a single finger, they are immersed in dynamic visuals and music.

Modes is the result of a collaborative effort between Emily Verba Fischer, responsible for visuals, and John Hebbeler, who created the sound component. This project involved cross-disciplinary partners such as Dr. Meera Rastogi (psychology), Dr. Jill Gomez (social work), and the UC Technology Solutions Center for development. Originally conceived to address the mental and physiological well-being of college students, Modes offers a soothing and enjoyable experience suitable for individuals of all ages.
